Rental prices vary from RM 1,800 for one-bedroom to RM 5,000 for a fully furnished home of 2 to 3 bedrooms with good security and facilities. We can assist in providing rental services, depends on your requirement, there may be some fee to cover transportation and handling will be charged. Please do let us in advance so we may help you to arrange and plan for viewing appointments.
MM2H Property To Rent – Things to know As a Tenant!
We provide assistance in renting services for you and your family to source the right property, to handle matters on your behalf and to negotiate the terms and conditions in the renting agreement. As a tenant, you would like your rental agreement to be properly spelt out so as to protect your interest during your stay as well as your deposit when you move out. Properly handover and check-in to the property is of utmost importance – this will help you to avoid complications and legal actions that may be taken by the landlord. Usually, the minimum rental period is one year. Deposit that is usually required for rent is equal to 2 months and ½ a month for utility. The notice of termination should be given at minimum 2 months in advance. Monthly rental is payable via bank-in directly to the property owner’s account.

MM2H Property -Criteria for Property Purchase
All MM2H participants can purchase an unlimited number of properties in Malaysia for both residential and commercial purposes. The minimum price per property is RM 1 million (USD 350,000) is applicable for any type of property. The process of purchase can be tedious without your presence in Malaysia – each stage of the process may demand your attention in terms of payment and signing of document. Legal procedures in property purchase in Malaysia usually complete within 4 to 5 months. However, in some cases, this may drag up to 6 to 8 months if the seller has some disputed settlements with bank or the developer of the property management.
In total, there are 7 parties involved in completing a Property Purchase process in Malaysia:
Upon your appointment, we act as your Independent Investment Consultant in Malaysia to complete your property deal. This includes liaising with real estate agency, your lawyer, banker, seller’s lawyer, property valuer and land office during the property purchase proceeding. We will also vet through all documents to ensure they are in order, especially that involving property transfer ownership as these documents are mostly in the Malay language. Our property service will also include tracking and updating you on payment needed at every stage of the process.
