Guide to Terminate MM2H Program
MM2H is 100% risk-free program! You may choose to terminate anytime after you have obtained your MM2H visa and withdraw all your MM2H Fixed Deposit placed with the bank. We are glad to provide hassle-free service in obtaining the necessary approvals for your MM2H termination! We will plan your MM2H validity to ensure all in order for the successful withdrawal of your MM2H Fixed Deposit in time for your departure.
We require the following documents to submit on your behalf:
1. MM2H main applicant’s original Passport
2. Letter of Intent
3. Original of the MM2H approval
4. Original of the MM2H Fixed Deposit Certificates
5. Copy of the Departure Air Ticket
Guide to Terminate MM2H Program- 3 stages of procedures
There will be three stages of the MM2H Termination as follows:
Stage 1: Submission to MM2H Center for MM2H Fixed Deposit Withdrawal Approval
Stage 2: Submission to Immigration to Shorten the MM2H Visa
The approval process will take approximately 7-9 working days.
Once we have completed both stages and with “MM2H FD Withdrawal Approval” you can then proceed to the bank to withdraw your MM2H Fixed Deposits.
Stage 3: Withdrawal of Remaining Fixed Deposit From Bank
Please bring along original Fixed Deposit Certificates and bank saving books to the bank to withdraw the Fixed Deposit. If your spouse also the bank signatory to withdraw the MM2H Fixed Deposit, your spouse also need to be present in the bank for the withdrawal and closure of bank accounts.
All your dependents are not required to be present in Malaysia for the MM2H program termination. Their MM2H Visa will be automatically cancelled from the immigration system once the main applicant has been successfully terminated.
